Last week one of my friend got new Airtel broadband connection, plan similar to mine. He is charged Rs. 750 while Im charged Rs. 999. When I called up customer care, they informed me that Ive to visit their website www.airtel.in (as if Ive no other work to do), and check for new plans and offers. Also, customer care executive told me that 750 plan has been launched in January only while it started in december.

Also, they told me that you have to keep yourself updated (read between lines), instead of they automatically shifting me to lower amount plan, where cost is less. Im damn sure if there was increase in the price I would have received 200 calls telling me that but no one for reduction of cost. 

Solution of your complaintReturn me my extra money that I paid for December and January. 
ActionI will disconnect my broadband and mobile connecction from Airtel and make sure that as much possible no one else should go for Airtel.
