Some 2 months back early Nov. 2007, I received call from Airtel customer care executive about free download of fav. Hello tune. I told my requirement of Hello tune from Film "DON". My required Hello tune was" Don ka intejaar to 11 mulko ki".....".
Executive attended my requirement & assured me to add this hello tune to my account. Since then Airtel is putting only wrong Hello tunes in my account. They added “Don ko 2 tarah ki ladkiya pasand nahi” which is far from requirement.
I have complained almost 50 times to customer care executives, Airtel offices nearby. But no one is working. They have 3 times deducted money for the mistake they have made.
Why should I suffer? Finally, on 27 Jan I sent SMS to unsubscribe me from that service. But again on 29 Jan, I found Rs.30/- deducted from my balance. Why?????
A total of 90 Rs have been deducted without giving the required service.
