I have bought an Itz CArd of Rs. 5000 to by a
Product
on futurebazaar.com. I used the card money on shopping and after using
the
card, i destroyed that because that further was not of my use. Due to
some
stock problems, my merchant refunded me the amount of Rs. 4495 to the
destroyed card, because according to their policy they will refund with
the same payment method. I will not be able to get that money because i
have forgotton the password of my ITZ card. I know the serial number
and
account number of the card i.e S00014070066 and 6213760769
respectively. I
have contacted my merchant to help me. They called Mr. Subhash Kumar(
senior representaive of mumbai) and told me that i can apply to issue a
new card. They had given me the number of Mr. Hemat kumar( sales
manager,
Delhi) i.e 9313122166and his e-mail id. I have contacted him about my
Problem, be he irectly refused to help me and disconnected my phone.
Now
only Mr. subhas kumar and Mr. Hemant kumar can help me to issue be a
new
card instead of old one. There e-mail id`s are hemantk@intrexindia.net
and
subhashk@intrexindia.net
Mr. Subhash kumar simply told my merchant that he can help me, i can
get a
new card with the money by making a affidavit with rs. 100 stamp paper
and
told them to contact Mr. hemant to know the format of Affidavit. But he
don`t want to hear my problem.
I ave all the transaction and refund imformation, that refund process has been done on my name: Satnam Arora 

Solution of your complaintIssue me a new card or send me my Rs.4495 back through cheque
