Above number is the Nodal Officer number for AP. I recently converted my post-paid airtel connection to pre-paid and was told to make a payment. Soon discovered that the payment I made is excess of what is actually required. When enquired about the same, they (AIRTEL) said they will send me the cheque for the difference amount. Its been 6 months and I am contacting different customer support people and offices and none help me. None know what to do.

When I contacted their Nodal Officer support, they heard and also recharged my mobile with some amount as a token of satisfaction and promised that I will receive the cheque in 10 days. Its again a month since this happened and they have no clue what is happening. Now even these people are not lifting when I call, and do not answer my emails too.

Very highly frustrated.  

Solution of your complaintMy demand for AIRTEL is to give me life time Airtel-Airtel free and nomimal charge for any other GSM mobile. Also the cheque should reach me tooo. 
ActionMay be go to Consumer Court and fight a case.
