I have paid in cash Rs.1070.00 on Sunday the 25th of December the monthly bill of my Airtel connection (Mobile No:9810286931). They had cut off my outgoing calls due to delay in payment.
They were to activate my outgoing calls within 4 hours but instead Airtel has deactivated my in coming calls also. This is after paying the bill through their executive who visited my house and collected Rs.1070.00 in cash.Till today my connection s cut off and I have phoned 9810012345 infinite number of times only to hear their executives that my payment has not been credited.This is nothing but harrassment to the customers. They bill heavily and do not send their bills and their executives call us several times whenever there is a delay of even a day due to their own delays in sending the bills.
AIRTEL is a horrible service provider and needs to be taught a lesson as they are not providing the services which they promise.My appeal: Is this what they give service to a customer.They could not give me the exact reason why they disconnected my service even when i had paid in cash.And they boast of giving customer ultimate satisfaction.
Please take up this case of harrassment to the customers as I am disheartened with this useless service.
|Solution of your complaint||They must immediately restore my connection. They cannot cut my incoming calls as they have promised two years of free incoming calls.Further due to their own problems of not crediting the cash which they have collected from my house they cannot cut off my outgoing calls also. |
|Action||I will have to go to Consumer Court and ask for justice for harrassing customers like me and pay damages thereon. |
