Dear sir,

My cell is 3230 I am purches on 9-5-2007 to Shree ganesh watch by Rs. 8150/- after three month my cell is switch off
After repair the handset again after two month same problem to me my cell again switch off. And battery is not good than nokiacare lower parel office battery replace and give me my cell and told me again same problem you findout after your cell will be replace you

Today I am compliant to your office to my cell same problem again but your office lady seated on counter no. 6 told me collect the card to operator and call the bang lore office to replace cell matter

I am call to Bangalore office but that office told me why you call here if cell is not repair and same problem come to your cell than Mumbai office should be replace the cell to me

Give answer what I can do I go to consumer court about nokiacare
I came four time to your office 4 half-day my lost(Rs.4000/-) and my insurance + real estate business lost about (Rs. 50000/-)

Total Rs. 54000/- + 8150/-(cell price)=62150 give me nokiacare
