Product/Service DescriptionIFB Washing machine has brought lots and lots of pain in my life. I had baough the SANORITA PLUS model of the washin machine 2 years back. I had loadge a service request the very next of my buy. Since then, I have already had ladged 100 complains at least. The washing machine is lying without being fucntional for last 2 months and Service centre peiple are not responding at all. It is pathetic.

I bought the Sanorita Plus washing machine 2 years back and I had to lodge the service request the very next day. Since then I have already lodged around 100 complains till date for various issues of the machine. Since last 2 months the washin machine is lying idle without being fucntional as IFB Engineers are not able to find a fault. I have been making atleast 10 calls a day, but not getting any response from the Service Center of IFB. I do not know how to proceed from here. 

Solution of your complaintNeed a fresh piece of Washing Machine as replacement or Need my money back with interest of 2 years and also a compensation from the Organization for the mental harassment we have been going though and the monetary loss we are incurring for phone calls to Service centre. 
ActionI am trying to find out the way to go to Consumer Forum.
