I and my fiance bought 2 N72 mobiles from the Mobile Store in MALAD (W) in November. Of these, one is working fine. I gifted one to my brother, and kept one for myself. Both these N72s were found to be faulty aftr 10 days of keeping the product. The problem was identified as "No Data Connectivity" and "Charging drain" by the Nokia Priority store (Akaknsha Electronics) in Malad West. Both were sent to Parel at Brigt Point to get them repaired. When they were given back to me I found that the fault is still the same. I wonder how they dare send a product back without checking if the fault has been repaired or not. Since then I have lost count of how many times I have sent the phone back and it comes back to me, supposedly repaired. The last time I brought it, it worked in the shop, but when I tired to switch it on at home, it wont even switch on. I havent been able to take it back to Akanksha Electronics again as I was out of town for over a month.
I am so angry, I regret having bought N72, that too 2 of them. Such ridiculous after sales service. I am not going to run after this anymore. One of those phones was a wedding gift for my brother. Imagine how I feel when people pull my leg that I gifted him a faulty phone. I DONT want the phine repaired anymore. I shouldnt have to get a brand new phone repaired to get it in working condition. I actually want my money back. Ans since I am quite sure the company wont refund the 20000 Rs I spent on these crap phones, I am going to Consumer Court as soon as I am relieved of other things that are keeping me busy right now. Not only will I claim my money back, I will claim compensation for the mental torture I have been through for these months. Fot the inconvenience it has caused me to go and submit the phone so many times. For the Motorola phone I have had to buy so that I wont be without a phone till NOKIA decides to have mercy on me and replace the phones. 

Solution of your complaintI want these phones to be replaced. Very soon. I DONT want to try to get them repaired. These are brand new phones, should they be in this condition in the first place? 
ActionI have already decided to go to Consumer Court, after a final time of submitting the phone to Akanksha Electronics. I will specifically tell them I dont want the phones to be repaired. If I dont get a replacement, I will proceed to send NOKIA a notice, with a copy of all the job sheets they have given me, as proof of how many times the phone has been sent for repair.
