i got nokia n95 for 28,000 inr, its just 3 months old and has many problems like phone operates automatically,no network.etc i submitted it to the local nokia care in boriavali(cell world) on 24th jan and still i dont have a specific date on when i would be gettin the phone due to non-availability of hardware. I called up the main nokia centre in parel which is always busy but finally got through to get a lame answer that hardware isnt available and it will atake at least 7 days more. i am suffering a loss of 100 rs per day as i use any phone for just a year and its costing me dearly as i had to shell out 1000 rs and face imprisonment as i was caught talking on phone while driving my car as the phone that i am using doesnt have a loudspeaker and had to attend it as it was an urgent call. they dint een provide me a replacement phone which i can use. it has been 14th day now and still i am getting false promises that ull get ur phone arnd 15th feb and dey have the explaination that the parts are not available. easy way to get away with the dealy..what should i do? can u help me? the manager is too rude and almost not wort talkin at the lower parel care centre which is the head office.

i want my phone replaced as i know they r fooling me as it has been jus 3 ms and almost all parts malfunction of such an expensive phone(inr 28,000)
willing to go to the consumer court , and do as much negative publicity as possible through media internet etc.
