I have been struggling in Recharging ms mobile(+91-9945393493) for Rs 89(which is a STD top-up pack, whereby I can make all calls with-in India for Rs 1) since last 45-50 days.
I have last recharged my mobile with Rs 89 in Oct 2007. After that I did not recharge it with this denomination, but when i tried recharging it recently, it failed saying "Recharge not successful".
I called up customer care,asking the status where they informed that some other STD pack is activated on ur mobile, so get it de-activated first then only u can recharge with 89 pack.
I followed their instructions by sending the SMS(STDOFFER CNCL to 222) as told, but no use.
After a few days, I followed by the case, they informed that they have taken a request and it ll be done with in 24 hours. After 24 hours , I again inquired Customer care executives informed that no request was taken up and he will take a fresh request and ask me to wait for 4 more days.
I again called up after 4 days since I was not able to R/C with 89 pack still.
Again a new request and new time is given.
The same thing either asking me to send a SMS or taking a complaint has been reiterated since more than a month.
I am totally harassed by these people this time and will take them to Consumer court for sure when I get time but before that I found ur system so just thought of posting my query and see if it helps.
