I have a brand new Wagon R with MP3 music player bought from Maruty Genuine parts. I lost the remote for the player, since then I am behind the service dealer for a replacement of the same. Even after two months , I have no confirmation whether i get a replacement. The dealer has guided me to different shops but the item is not available with them, these places never sells accessories but do some repairs. the dealer is just giving some or the other excuses or routing me to different places where they knew that the item is not available.
Everyone can understand the difficulty in operating the MP3 player without remote, the player has become a useless space occupying device rather than a pleasure device. With this I am stopping my process for replacement , rather I will throw away this device and go for a non genuine maruti accessories. I believe if I bought this device from a regular sony dealer rather than throgh Maruty genuine parts, I would have got a better customer support.
I have decided that my next car will NOT A MARUTI CAR. The entire customer satisfaction and survey etc are all joke while the real one is denied of service.
