I have bought Maruti Zen Estilo on 11th July 2007 from RNS motors Hubli. Within 3-4 days I found some problem in suspension and immediately brought to the notice of Sales promoter in Bagalkot Mr. Santosh V. He got convinced and assured that it will be rectified in first servicing. Accordingly I complained about the same during first servicing at RNS Motors, Bijapur. They said that it was taken care by some adjustments. But the problem was very much there and again I complaied to Mr. Santosh and he arranged for a mechanic from Bijapur. That mechanic told that springs are hard and they will become smooth in due course of time. The problem was prevailing even after 6 moths. At the time of second servicing at Nara Auto Service Center at Bagalkot which is a authoried Maruti service center, they told that the the suspensions are weak right infront of Mr. Santosh but now he is telling that for that problem itself we have to go to Hubli for testing which will consume one day and is expensive.  

Solution of your complaintThe suspenssions can be replaced in Bagalkot itself
