It was a regular 3rd free service on 15th Dec 2007, they broke the central locking horn during the service and since it was under warranty, they had to replace, which was relaced after prolonged wait and arguments on 25th Jan 2008 for which they took the warranty card and brochure of the Nippon central locking system on 19th Dec 2007 and claim to say they have never asked for it. Later the Manager involved in the same and are now under a different version saying they have returned the same.
Its a 2 year warranty card and my car is just 11 months old now. A small part replacement under warranty took about one and a half month. Now will they search for my booklet and warranty card in an year when the warranty lapses?
|Solution of your complaint||Very bad service, and a rude executive cum Service Supervisor Mr. Vikaschandra Shetty should be given a warning letter for his misbehavioural talks and should apologise for the same (written document, duly signed by his authorities) and should make provision to get me another copy of the same and bear all the invonvinece caused by this stupid act of their employee.
|Action||I will surely raise my voice in Consumer Court and also file a legal complaint for the same. |
