This is to bring to the notice of the consumer forum that i have been using an Airtel Postpaid connection from past 2+ years (+91 9845866511). I have availed the ECS faicility for the same from my CitiBank savings account.
This month airtle has done the ECS for the billy of January 2008, for an amount of 1513/- twice to my citibank account without any rhyme or resaon. Due to which another ECS from my ICICI bank gpot rejected showing insufficient funds, Wherein there were sufficient funs in my account if the ECS from Airtel would have been done once, not twice.
I called the CC people at airtel and they are not helping me in this regard. I dont knwo with what means shall i voice out my complain to get this resolved ASAP (The refund of the second ECS for 1513/-)
Please help me in this regard.
