I want to complaint against sterling motors Noida. I have bought car from sterling on 23-march-2007. And I and facing a serious problem in the service of my car .The Manger of the work Shop Abhishek Saini is very ire responsible and ill-mannered person. If these types of people are there to serve the customers then I think that the people should stop buying TATA cars. And I will see that none of my friends and relatives ever buys TATA cars. I will raise this issue in press also .If no action is taken against it.
The complaint is that when we bought the car, we send it for the regular service. There was some voice coming and tires were having some problem. Theses people checked and not able to recover the problem in the two services. And then they came to know that the shockers were spoiled they changed it, but the tires got damaged due to there mistake. They have given us a letter that you can go to good year and submit this letter but no action is there .We again send the car to the show room due to the same voice coming from the car. And Mr. Banished said he would not change the tire and send the car will a bill of RS 761. But when we discussed with them that what all they have done that they have given us the bill they were not have having the job slip and were also not aware of any the items mentioned in the bill.
If this is TATA then I should say I have a pathetic experience and will file a case against It in the consumer court that till now my car is in guarantee and this has happened I f the guarantee period was not there will no one to look after our complaint. . Just one wrong person appointed in the company is making reputation down, It not only me who is facing this problem just go and see how many people are having complaint against him.
My car is standing in the show room from last three days and I want him to give me in written that from his end the car is fine not having any problem and he can replace the tyres. But he is not doing so because he knows that he is on fault. How will pay for the loss.
