Dear Mr./ Ms
My name is Rachit Nagpaul and i have booked a ticket on deccan PNR 5881459 - (bom/del-8th feb)
i want to cancel this ticket and as per rules given on site i called up deccan call centre on 6th and again tried on 7th and placed my request. However, the call centre just refuses to accept.
I want you to help me in cancellation of same.
