I have post paid connection, cell no 9902044122. As part of verification process, urairtel person dropped at my office, after house address verification, without scheduling meeting and asked me to come at reception for verification. I was in the meeting at that time and it was certainly not possible for me to do so also. Soon after, I received inactivation message and, on speaking to call center guy I was told the person will be sent again. The same process is been repeated three times but no body turned up from urside, however, connection is been activated and deactivation again n again. This is something very surprise as I m/was using airtel broadband/post paid/pre paid connection since long.

This is causing unnecessary problems, thus, I would like to surrender connection as I don?t feel more value addition from the same. Pls send me all respective bill to make final settlement.
