I took this Blackberry connection
Around 10 times I called up their blackberry department to get my blackberry services connected. They will just deactivate it randomly and when they activate it without listening to my requirement they would just activate for consumer connection when I would need for business purpose.
(executives I spoke to Ms. Neha, Mr. Robin, Ms. Parul)
Then they would suddenly disconnect my phone saying my address verification have failed.
Their executive would either not visit or not call me and submit a false report that my phone was switched off.
Their customer care guy would not accept that their executive could be insincere and would say its my fault. (People talked to Mr. Vikram who declare himself manager, Mr. Alkal)
|Solution of your complaint||A written apology from Airtel about inconvenience cause to me regarding both Blackberry services and phone services |
|Action||I will file a consumer case. I have a recording of one executive of theirs + smses which I intend to use as proof. |
