I ordered earrings for my wife for Christmas and opted for expedited delivery "guaranteed" to arrive by Christmas. As of 12/23/05 they had not arrived and Customer Service said theyd arrive "tomorrow". The did not arrive on the 24th and didnt arrive the next week either. I called again and they said they had not shipped yet but would ship "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and no earrings. I called to cancel my order and was told I couldnt cancel because there was no manager there "yet" (it was 3pm in the afternoon and they close at 5pm Pacific). I emailed them with a cc to their attorney (email address posted on their web site) demanding resolution by December 29th but got no response. I still dont know what the status is. 

Solution of your complaintCancel my order and credit my VISA card 
ActionI have already notified the Oregon Attorney General.
