We bought an IFB EXEC+ washing machines from Rathna Stores, Trichy. The Bill No is SI01016 dt 06.02.2008 for Rs.17249/-. The demo was done by the Company Guy and when we started using it we found that the water cut off did not happen. We called on him to say what we had and he said he would take care of it. It has been four days since this happened. The service guy does not pick up the mobile when called nor does he properly respond. He came to our house later and inspected the machine and said that the rheostat was not working and that he would replace it. We tried to contact him and in vain. When he picks up he gives us reasons like there is an audit going in our stores and so on. Till date we have become frustrated for having bought this machine. The machine is giving trouble right on day one and hence we want the same to be taken back and replaced with a new piece. When we contacted Rathna Stores they say that we have to take this with the Company guys. When we call the call centre nobody picks up the phone and it is always busy. We contacted Mr.Mukesh who is in charge of the Chennai Office who said would call us but has not so far.
|Solution of your complaint||We want the machine to be replaced with a new one. We dont want a machine which is with problems. |
