i am one of the oldest customer of your services and my bill id mostly to the tune of Rs 3000/- monthly apart from this I have been regularly paying the bills etc. However, i am extremely displeased to inform that despite my numerous complaints at your 121 no regarding extreme network problem at my residence cum office. Everytime weather it is day or night I have to come in the open or the road outside my house to hear to any phone call. tell me then what is the use of keeping a mobile phone when it is causing me extreme inconvenience,mental agony *& harassment to me. To FUR THUR TRAUMATISE ME YOU(AIRTEL) PEOPLE ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONDING TO YOUR CONSUMER/CLIENT ACUTE PROBLEM DESPITE NUMEROUS MESSAGES & TALK AT 121. It appears that the purpose of your organisation is just to collect the monthly dues and give reminders only about your money, after getting the monthly amount you people are least bothered about your client & ensures that he has a cardiac arrest or brain hemorrhage because of the stresses & strains due to you guys. I may furthur add that because of your network problem which in turn amounts to incomplete/unclear/disturbed calls, it has amounted to affect my business & day to day working too.It is added that as a layman the only solution to the technical problem is the setting of a tower near to my place of operation.
