I had surrendered my airtel connection 9867770896 on 8.12.2007 registered by Bharti Airtel Ltd. Office at Lokhandwala. The services to my mobile number is not yet discontinued by airtel office even after lapse of 2 full months, moreover I have been charged bill of Rs. 396/- when I have not used my phone and I have surrenered the same in December 8th 2007. Bhartel Airtel Office at Malad and Head office at New Delhi do not pick up their phones at all - their numbers are 022 40031400 and 011 51666000. When I went to Airtel office twice during January they told that they cannot do anything as their office was undergoing renovation work. An organisation can be run successfully catering to customer needs and not by charging unauthorisedly to customers and flourishing on that. I have sent a complaint in writing to Airtel Office at Malad and their head office at Hauz Khas, New Delhi and have not heard from them so far.
|Solution of your complaint||They have to be asked to refund any chage by way of rental for January and February since it is their mistake of having not disconnected the services to my number when I have surrendered the same on 8th of December 2007, and they should be cautioned that they should not have such a lethargic attitude towards customers needs. |
|Action||I expect that the problem shoud be solved because you are the Customer Complaints Cell. I will send a copyn of the work order and my bill for January 2008 where the call charges are NIL and they have charged only rental amounting to Rs. 396/- |
