I had got serviced my car on 19/12/2007 from above mentioned service centre. It was almost running fine.There was no major complains.The car was delivered to me in fine condition.But in midway while returning suddenly in heavy traffic,the engine gone off and after repeatedly trying also it was not getting started. Somehow from help of local mechanic it started and I returned home.Next day again when I visited service centre I was told that my battery was old and weak and it was showing low gravity.So they have charged it.But when I told why it was not informed to me earlier, there was no suitable answer given. The service manager suggested me to get it checked from outside only because they do not have proper charging facility for betteries. Here I could not understand one thing that my battery was absolutely working fine and how suddenly after servicing it ,all the problems have come and it has become useless. 

Solution of your complaintIf the service centre was not having proper checkup facility for batteries why it was unneccesarily touched without informing me. Now the service centre should provide me a battery in working condition. 
ActionIts about your service centre reputation. You must do something or else I will place the request on higher level.
