I am using services of Airtel from last 6 or 7 years in India. I m using one prepaid number airtel 9915663088 from last 1 year aprox. Few days back I talked to Airtelís customer care Exe regarding GPRS services on my cell phone he told me that there are two schemes one is daily and other is monthly. He told me the procedure of activation the daily scheme. Then I asked him that after activation what is the procedure to connect it with PC, he told me that after activation plz call on technical help line through 121 and then language then 4 again 4 and then 3 and our exe will tell u the procedure. But I dialed that number minimum 100 times always the line connects to customer service department who are not aware that how I can connect it with PC. And airtel l customer care exe insured me that airtel will not deduct any amount form this number if i will not use that service... and he asked me to call again on that number then after that Airtel have bared my number for customer care exe and there is only one tone im listening that plz post ur query on 121, even i posted many times my query to 121 and once i got answer that from airtel every thing is ok...And Airtel is deducting 19 Rs daily right from that date from my account without any information even I send a message to airtel to deactivate the service ,but still airtel is deducting there amount...
I want to know why Airtel is behaving like criminals
