Uphar Darshini – Don’t Care Attitude towards Customers
We, a group of 8 people family, went to Uphaar Darshini in 4th block. Initial request for a seat was dealt with a don’t care –yes. Even though the tables were free, they took ten minutes to clean them up.
The worst was yet to happen. We order food; the waiter brings us wrong food. This was a miscommunication between the person who took the order and the person who served us the food. Once we pointed out that the dish was not the correct one, the waiter got angry and literally banged the dish onto a next empty table.
The next was a dirty spoon given to us, we show the waiter and he just throws it next table. A really bad behavior – when told to the manager, the manager just says ‘yes’. No apology no action.
We have decided not go back to UD again!
I think such bad treatment should be brought to light, otherwise these hoteliers think they can take customers for a ride.
