I bought the usb modem wireless from tata indicom at Pune. But i got transferred to bangalore after a month. They have not given me a bill for the usb modem which they had told me will be given with the sim. After calling them atleast 50 times still no bill has been provided to my relatives house at Pune. After too much shouting and irritation i got a bill through email without an authorised signature. Now i have given for disconnection and it has not been disconnected for the past 20 days. i dont know how much more of money would be wasted. PATHETIC SERVICE WITH PATHETIC AND LOUSY TECHNICIANS . Hope that it gets disconnected soon otherwise i am getting charged in the process for the service which i dont use.Who takes 20 days for disconnection!! i have used other internet services like airtel and they have been very good. If in India the judicial system would have been good I could have sued them. But thats also not possible. So just hoping. I feel we are helpless against them. They think that anything they do, it s well and good. But we should prove them wrong.
