Everyday You have a New person on the Phone.Iam not getting E- Bills as you have Proromised .Only after my frantic cries I receive an SMS 30 Hrs before the Due date. I have to waste another 15 Min on calling You and getting the Bill E mailed.I received the bill only on 19th Feb at my insistance and an SMS ASKS ME TPO PAY WITHIN 30 Hrs. This is Horrendous. Please assure me with action Plan how You are going to improve upon this prioblem.Please also Email me my Password for access of the Bills.
