It is Shame on the part of a reputed organization like Godrej who does not have appropriate customer care executives who can take the phone number properly. I have complained that my friz is not working a week days back first complaint booked on 19 th and consecutive complaints on 21st, 22nd, 23rd of this Month, which were not atteneded properly . I have not got any service engineers visit till date. Further I informed that the cooling is coming down day by day and freezer also is not working. I would regret to say if the problem comes to a point where it instrument is totally out of order due to the negligence in attending it on time, I would not spare my money instead I would approach Consumer Court for the loss or damage .
Please try to be more careful while choosing your consumer care executives who do not know a way to respond to the queries and the plight is such that The executive cannot take the phone number from which the complaint is booked and hungs the phone in between the conversation without giving the complaint number or proper response.

Constomer care people should be well-trained to respond to the queries in a way which increases you brand image in the market else it would bring an aversion towards the total image of the company.
