I have purchased the Maruti Swift VDI Model in Jan-2008, in Coimbatore at ABT Maruti and I gave it for the first free service at Chennai - ABT Maruti dealer in arumbakkam. When I got back the vehicle form dealer, I surprised to note that the Key is not entering freely and could not take out even if you enter with some force.
When I verified I found the Key got bent. I have informed to the dealer and he is not knowing the importance of the complaints againt the service
|Solution of your complaint||The drivers used by the dealers for collecting / droping the vehicle does not trained properly about the handling methods of the vehicles. |
|Action||I will send the similar mail to MD of Maruti Udyog, as I have very high regards on MUL products and services. |
