I booked a ticket for travelling from Ahmedadad to Jodhpur on 22nd September 2007. The details are :
E-ticket no. 4312430
Flight No. DN-777
Date of Departure : 25th October 2007
Name of Passengers: JAIDEEP KUMBHAT AND PANKAJ GUPTA
Amount paid: Rs. 3,950.00
Mode of Payment: Credit Card
Amount Paid by: Jaideep Kumbhat

Air Deccan personnel called on my mobile to inform me that the flight has been cancelled and the service for Ahmedabad - Jodhpur sector has been discontinued till further notice. The lady on the phone promised to refund the amount to my credit card account within 14 days. I never received the amount. I called there Ahmedabad office at least 5 times and they say they are looking into the matter. I have still not got the refund for the money till date (25/02/2008). Email sent on feedback@airdeccan.net has not responded back.

Please help to get my refund of money.
