Dear sir,

Greetings. I am proud to be a customer of Airtel prepaid service. I purchased the sim in the last month and activated the internet service in my connection and have got the confirm message for GPRS activation and the amount Rs.249 is also deducted from the account but yet now I have not received the setting message. Whenever I try to call the customer no 121 I was not able to talk with the customer care executive, while proceeding the call 121 when I press the option for customer care executive by selecting no. 9 it atomatically returnes to the main manu.

I am so much dismayed regarding the customer care. If he is not able to talk or willing to talk with the customer then why he has been appointed for that post. why he is there to hesitate us. I bring it to your knowledge to take action.
