Iam Airtel Customer, iam using airtel postpaid connection. I got the bill between Dec2007 and jan2008. Actually iam using airtel GPRS via system, to enable this we have to give some SMS via phone to airtel and it will be enabled with in 3 hrs. but one day i didnot got enable with in 3hrs, so sent the request for cancellation, but it didnt get cancelled and they chared for that amout through out the month.

Please dont take airtel post paid, They experts in doing Fraud billing.
 

Solution of your complainti have to do some thing that should realise this fault, because i had several times negotiation with them but nothing happened. 
Actioni will stop paying the bill
