I canceled my account within the 14 grace period of testing out the account. I returned the equipment back to the store and all was supposed to be credited. After numerous phone calls I supposedly got my account canceled. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT. I keep on getting bills. Each time I manage to get someone on the phone that supposedly zero outs the account, but that does not happen. This has been going on since August 2007 and the latest call I made was at 7:20 am eastern time on Wednesday February 27. I spoke with someone who reassured that all has been zeroed out and that I will no longer receive a bill. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that there is no supervisor ( I asked about three times). 

Solution of your complaintI will be contacting more support people to cancel and finally not send me a bill. I will have to report Alltel to the State Attorney General, who will help me resolve this issue.
