My name is Ajeeth Suresh , I had gone to Ernakulam South railwaystation to book two tickets for me , from alwaye to kannur and back . The Booking clerk Issued two tickets after asking me to write down the the train no.s , as i had given only the train names. On examination of the tickets i found that only one ticket was confirm and the other one was on waiting list 63 & 64 . When I asked the ticket clerk about this he immediatly replied that he had asked me and i had not heard what he asked , which was not true . On further asking he told that he is not bound to ask me whether he should book the ticket even if it is a waiting list. On asking what i should do next he said u can very well cancel the ticket , if u want .
I approched the chief supervisor , he was not at all willing to entertain and he was continiously talking sumultainiously in the mobile and telephone. When i asked him he said to approch the shift supervisor , he too was not interested to listen to my complaint , he said only thing you can do is to cancel the ticket and try for another train .
My in all my life always i was asked before the ticket was taken , if it was not a confirm one . I would like to know what can be done to my Complaint
