I am a prepaid mobile customer of your company from June,2006.
But i m facing a disconnection problem from Jan.,2007 without any reason.
According to my knowledge(with sufficient proofs) that its a big error or mistake by ur company for me.
Now i m already filed a case against ur company in "Consumer Court".
Its a very tough decision for me but your customer relationship channel is responsible for this action.My experience was very bad with ur customer relation channel & dealer.
So now i want a kind response from ur company or you with relation to this case with full satisfaction.
