I took an Pre Paid Airtel connection on 2nd of February 2008 from Shop - Mahesh Collection Galleria shopping complex Hiranandani. I submitted documents and photograph for the connection related procedures. My documents were received by Airtel. They gave me a call for address verification. Then on 1st March 2008 suddenly my connection was cut. I went to the shop for enquiry. Again submitted my document. I spoke to Sachin - Area Manager of Airtel for Powai. He noted down my address and phone number of residence and assured me that my connection would be restored the next day but nothing was done. Next day i called up customer care of airtel 4 times. They also promised me that my connection would be restored still nothing has happened. Since 1st March 2008 till date my connection is down and i have suffered losses due to this phone connection not working. The Airtel people just barred my documents without any valid reason and disconnected my connection. They didnot check my address and instead just disconnected causing me unnecessary troubles. They are also not responsive to anything that they say. They deliver poor quality and low calibre services to customers thereby humiliating them. I have had to bear the burnt of unethical practices of airtel. They disconnect connections without any valid reasons.
|Solution of your complaint||My solution will be to challenge Airtel in a court of law and also file a case with DoT against such unnecessary harassment which is being done. |
