i was going to payyanur from calicut by coimbatore fast train at 1.00pm on 9-1-06.there was a long queue in the station and before me was a boy.he had no change and had to take a 8rs ticket with 100rs.the man at counter(counter no 4) behaved rudely to the boy and i intervened for him.then my turn came and he said he had no cahnge.i gave him 102rs for a 22rs ticket.i could see bundles of rs10 in his table.i waited for sometime and saw him give change to many others.i asked him again and he said even if he had change he wont give.i became furious and contacted the grievence cell who told me to go to him once again.but he again said he had no change.when i went back to the grievence cell to lodge a complaint they said they wont accept the complaint.please help me get justice 

Solution of your complaintthe man at the counter and the officer at the public grievences cell should be punished.i have more anger against the grievences cell as they have completely violated their duty.
