I have booked ticket for my cousin brothers today morning in

> userid : naneshji
> Train No/Type : 2824 AC-3 Tier
> Passengers: Gaurav Soni & Jagdish Soni
> Date Of Journey: 18 Mar 08
> From: NZM to R (Raipur)

but after paying from my bank account 003101516824 (Transaction ID of ICICI Bank 0055496620) i am unable to take printout nor the tickets is reflecting in my booked
ticket history. The payment is already debited from my bank account and i am following with them for the refund but they are not refunding the amount not replying my mails
 

Solution of your complaintRefund
