Hi , I have been using the airtel number 9831104788 for the last ten years. Last year I had recharged my number with a prepaid amount of Rs 3500 in march and since then i stopped using the number as I was staying out of India. Please note that with Rs 3500 the account was charged for an year . Now when I come back to Kolkata and try using the number Airtel said that this number was being given to someone else even though I had renewed the validity of the account for an year that is till end of march .
They gave a stupid reason that i have to use this number once every three months even if I am out of the country.
I am really very angry and i think this should be taken up with Airtel . beats me what i should be doing now.
|Solution of your complaint||Solution would be for airtel to give me back that same number along with the unused money in my account as fast as possible. |
