i had purchased a nokia 6131 on 20.01.07.but within few months i was facing problem ,whenever i tried for outgoing call,i could not here any ringtone but at the same time some call charge was deducted from my account.i was gone to ur company and submitted my phone.after few days they informed me i can go through a new piece 6300 instead of nokia 6131as no spare parts was available of 6131.i agree with them and took a nokia6300.but they did not delivered me any sealed cover pack.some scraches already was laying on that piece.they told me company has never supplied any seal cover pack.then my quistion is how we will be sure that any exchange piece is a new one?because after taking that model6300,within three month the lcd display of that model also out of order.again i went to brightpoint on 6.3.08 and deposited my phone.this time they also agree to replace the lcd display within warrenty.hence here a quistion,if again some problems occur after some month what i will do?that time my warrenty period may over ! so my suggession is if model replace with any new one in any unsolved condition it should be with some proof in which,customer can satisfy.so here i request you please you take your necessary action to provide me a new seal packed 6300 model at the earliest.your early action will be highly appreciated.i had purchesed the model 6131 in rs.9800 .but what i have got 6300,it market value is now rs8200. my another question is why company not given me n72 which market price also below my cost price? thanking you.
