iam Dr, jawahar from pondicherry..
i bought nokia n73 ME on nov 14 th, my headset HS -16 & cablewas not working properely ,, so i went to nokia care (rayal service) in pondicherry and gave the haedset on jan 12th..they said my headset has yo be replaced along with cable.
so i gave it for replacement..so i went after a month and enquired abt it,, they cooly said they received only headset and not the cable,,
so they said me to come after 10 more days,,
they didnt even responded for wat i asked,,, they turned their face and started talking with other person as if iam talking with the walls over there,,,
really one of the worst ever service i ever seen...i even complained it to nokia email service,, they are asking me questions for 5 days after that they called me to tell the details of my headset and cable,,,
and lastly its going to be 2 months they are saying me to cal the customer service and get the details...
really a wrosttttttttttt ever service from nokia...
can anyone help me in this matter...
|Solution of your complaint||the customer service member should have called me and explained the on going problem..
but missed to do it,,,
they should have given me in 2 days after the 1st visit,, but didnt do that |
