I have visited your Nokia Care centre on 26/02/2008 for the replacement of my newly purchased handset model no nokia-6300 , but they told me that it will be repaired and will be given you back after a week.
i contacted Miss Ishita after a week she told me that the set will not repaired , it will be replaced .When ever we will receive the set from company we will inform you. i ask for some timely commitment but they refuse to do any commitments. i am still waiting for the set. idont know whom to contact or complain to get myself satisfied.
