This is Debendra Nath Mohanta,having mobile no 9831617532.This is pre-paid connection I had taken around 10 days back from airtel outlet in city center-saltlake(kolkata).I am unable to access my incoming calls from yesterday.I have sent 3 emails to airtel without any reply.
Complaint-1:No reply for email
When I called them came to know that my supporting document has not reached the airtel and when I tried ask the customer representative(Nivedita ) why it has not reached almost after 10 days.I was told to contact the outlet.
Complaint2:What type of service is this.After more than 10 days within same city document is not getting processed.In stead of expediting their internal process,the customer executive instructed me to contact the outlet.
|Solution of your complaint||Proper process in place and before removing any facility,they need to inform the user before hand. |
|Action||I will escalate the case within Airtel and if required I will sue against the outlet |
