I am subscribed to the ECS facility. Inspite of that I repeatedly hear the message everytime I call "your Vodafone connection is currently active however please pay your outstanding to avoid any disconnetion". I have callec many many time to Customer Service no one are there to hear .. they kept me on hold for 16-15 minutes. After 5-6 unsuccessful calls, suddently my calls stopped reaching Vodafone customer care itself. You spend 10 minutes pressing various options on the Customer Care Line Voice menu but the calls lands ina vain.
|Solution of your complaint||Proactively look into and charge the customer bills accordingly. Give the warning twice or thrice and stop doing that there after. Above all, keep someone to hear what customers saying. |
