Subject: Regarding my purchase of V2 Xeta GLS.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you because I bought a Vehicle (XETA, DLS), which is manufactured by your company and I was very happy to see about its features on net. Then we came to know that one of your dealer: SRINATHJI MOTORS, show room is near by my house, so I booked my vehicle on 25 Dec, 2007, and Paid all amount by cheque same day, which they got on within three days. And to CNG fitment cost I paid on January 08 2008. They told me I would get the delivery on 14th of January. Because they wish to check my vehicle for a week to see whether CNG fitment working well or not. At the time of purchase they promise me to provide the foot mats, sheet covers, gear lock and mud flaps etc.
When I went to their show room on 14th Jan 2008, they said my vehicle is still on checking mode; tomorrow (15th Jan.) you can get it. When I went there next day morning after three hour waiting their answer was the same, means tomorrow (16th Jan.) definitely you will get your vehicle because today we have no any driver who may bring your vehicle from CNG fitment workshop. However, I keep going on their showroom every morning and spend my forenoon to wait for my vehicle which, was on the way (according to sales manager) but after some time the said the same thing means tomorrow sure will get my vehicle then I came back to my work at afternoon. During this period I tried to speak every on in the show room but every one saying that we cannot help in this regards only sale manager knows about your car. And Sales manager behavior was so rude with me.
When I came to SRINATHJI MOTORS first time they treated me very nicely but after getting the money their attitude completely changed.
After making some phone calls from others they delivered my vehicle on 18th Jan 2008 at Evening 8 PM. But they do not provided me mud flap, sheet covers and foot mats as they promised, they said that its not present at store right now, after three weeks they gave me mud flaps and foot mats but still I did not get sheet cover from them.
What foot mats they gave me I am sending to you to see what kind of quality your dealers providing to your customer on behalf of you.
Since I bought my car, I am having check engine problem, I complain them so many times, once their mechanic taken my car to workshop and after six hours return without any repair just said there were no power, when power came was not lap top so I will take your car tomorrow and repair it. I went four or five times to SRINATHJI work shop and spend a lot of time there, but still I am having same problem.
I bought a car of your company to reduce my problems and improve my comfort. But since I paid money to you only I am having only the problems and spending lot of time to get repaired at workshops.
Because of this I am not able to perform smoothly my duty at office, and had very bad feeling, still I am worried about my car due to ill behavior of dealer and check engine problem.
