Dear Sir/Madam,
This has reference to my complaint no. GR111157266-2960 few months back(WHICH WAS NEVER ATTENDED) regarding the considerable drop in bandwidth. I had been using Airtelís DSL connection for last 10 months and its quality of service can be easily judged by the no. of complaints during this period. To top it all, though Iíve been using the speed 500 plan, what I was receiving till now was as low as 45 Kbps. Whenever I talked to their executives, they would suggest me to check the bandwidth using CNet speed test calculator and convinced me. But once I replaced the ISP name on the CNet site with the ďXYZĒ, it showed the bandwidth less than 50 Kbps. That was shocking. I complained about it and then their new Executive said that CNet site was an absurd. Plz tell me was I being made stupid all the time. Iíve stopped using their services. My connection has also been disconnected but I am not bothered. But what is bothering me now is the number of calls, their so-called intelligent Executives are making to me and to top it all, they even visited my house for the bills. I am really upset about it and thus planned to lodge this complaint against them on your site before moving to the consumer court and take a legal action against them.

Solution of your complaint1) Should they continue to do the same thing, they can discontinue their services to me permanently w.i.e.. 2) Should they restore the connection, I would not pay for the earlier below par services and would be liable to pay the future services only and that too if they dont fall below the permissible level.  
ActionI might go to even Consumer Court, should they continue in the same manner
