Dear Sir,
I am from #183/2 Sec. 45A.It is to complaint for the worst service of BSNL BROADBAND.
I am using plan UL-900 for which i am getting zero percent money value due to your broadband service.
from last 3 days my broadband is not working and for which i have to pay alot.
my whole work and job is based on BROADBAND,i am highly effected due to this.
you are requested to take care of customer service or give the compensation in the bill.
Hope for your sincere and kind cooperation.

Actioni will adress the letter to higher authorities.......of telecommunication.......
