The machine could not be closed due to outer body closing switch not functioning - and water leaking from the body. One Mr. Madhan attended on 28-12-2007 and told that the outer body door switch has to be replaced and that he will bring the switch and at that time he will attend to the body water leakage problem. After that one Mr R Dinesh attended and repeated the same assurance. I have been contacting the helpline and your service centre at Old No.3, New No.2, 94th street, 21st avenue Ashok Nagar Chennai 600 083 - Tel Phone No.2473 3066 almost on a daily basis and even personally called on one Mr Raja on 14-03-2008. But till date no body has attended and the machine is not being used for the past 3 months. Every time they say that the switch has not been supplied from Ahmedabad office. Since the warranty period service has not been met, I request you to kindly take back the machine and refund the cost.
I may also add that even at the time of installation, earth problem in the machine was not properly attended and the technincial asked me to change the earth wiring of the building which cost me Rs.2000/- but since the problem persisted, it was later found and rectified.
Somehow I am not at all happy with the machine and the quality of service
