The Request for Service Termination was given on 19th Dec07 req no. 60534307 and as per the agent thy need 15 days to terminate the services.After making repeated call still the services was not terminated. and in between we kept getting calls and the bill for the same. On 5th Feb the services got terminated and they gave me a waiver of Approx Rs.1700 which was for dec-jan billing cycle and they asked us to make the full & final settlement of Rs. 562- req no. 63665701 dtd: 11th feb. The payment was made on the same day but again they send the bill for a period 29th Jan- 5th Feb of Rs.362 with due date on 19th March, the same was informed to Customer Care Req No: 65133356. On 20th March they send the collection people home to collect the people and again spoken to Customer Care informing the same and again got a new req no: 65711182.
