I am Amit Aggarwal M-9873518107 using ur vodafone service but I m very frustrate with ur service. I am taking about my Jan.08 bill which I paid on 8th of Feb08 before the due date rs.1200/- by my cr. card, my cr. card deptt. dr. this amount on the same date but at ur end this is not updated at my bill a/c. After some days ur cc cut my phone service and not suporrted me lot of time I send my cr. card statement to ur cc and ur outlet and on the 8th of march they told me that they received the same payment and they start my phone line. and they send me the bill of Feb. with my monthly rental and with my late payment charges.Now I sm very puzzle with ur service always ur cc not connecting again and again they repeting same slogan (our ivr viklp has been changed so plz.. listen carefully ... for talk to cc pla.. dile 9, after dialing9... our ivr viklp has been changed so plz.. listen carefully ... for talk to cc pla.. dile 9)
what u r think ur customers are fool, I can go in consumer court for this thing, If u can wave of all charges of mine monthly or others then I can continue ur service otherwise stop ur services give my answer on my mobile with in 2days.
